Skin help?

I have this skin, which I made on my own and it looks really good....... but..

I want the arms, legs, and torso (Which are clothing) To be switched to the skins second layer(Overlay) Which is jacket, sleeves, and pants.

Does anyone know a way I can make the skin the overlay?

I want to do this because I want to make the first layer just skin plus a bathing suit or sleepwear.

If someone does know how I could do this, one thing still does come up. The hood.

If I take it off, which is classified as overlay "Hat" the hair won't be as detailed but the hood will be off, which I can live with.

That's all.

Please respond if you know how I can do this without trying to do it all over again.
