I haven't made a skin in a while so here you go
yes this is themed off Oblivions skin designs but it's really pretty so I tried to do it myself
Oblivion-San if you're mad at me or you don't allow this type of skin that's kinda like yours,
please comment to notify me if you don't like the idea.
Anyway... Leave a Diamond for me TAKING 40 MILLION HOURS TO DO THIS my hand seriously hurts
