This is a skin for the Retro Skin Contest.
Description:
This is a skin which was inspired by retro clothing.
I could say this relates to the theme "Retro" because
wayyyy back women wear this type of clothing.
When I was looking for some inspiration
all.i.saw.was.polkadots...
So i added it to the dress.
~~Also they have really short hair...~~
