Mike Muir is the singer in the punk band Suicidal Tendencies. In 1983 they made a song, Institutionalized, which is about Mike, and all he wants is a Pepsi, just a pepsi, but his parents wouldn't give it to him. Instead they think he's on drugs and gets put in an institutuion (Thus the name of the song)
