This skin is of Thomas De Carneillon, the French assassin from Assassin's Creed Unity.
He was a character not playable, but his robes were obtainable after doing a series of puzzles to unlock them under Arno Dorian's HQ. He was an Assassin in the 1300's, and died in an attempt to steal the Sword of Eden from the Templars.
