Hey!
It's been more than a year since I last posted a skin! This time, I'm trying out a new style, using only 1-2 shades of each color, without blending the colors like I normally do.
I put as many details as I could fit to fill up this cop's (Officer Carlos) duty belt and uniform, such as a pistol in its holster, a taser, a radio with a shoulder mic, and some pouches for other important stuff!
The helmet can be removed to reveal Carlos' head (with hair).
