Inertia is the evil clone of Impulse, making him Bart Allen's Reverse-Flash counterpart. Despite these genetics, he is a brilliant and sadistic sociopath who boosts his speed with steroids. Created by President Thawne in the 30th Century, he takes after his ancestor Professor Zoom. During Final Crisis he would briefly use the alias Kid Zoom while working as Zoom's sidekick. He has been a member of Titans East and the Rogues. Inertia was created by Todd DeZago, Grant Morrison, Mike Wieringo and Ethan Van Sciver, first appearing in Impulse #50.
