Enderman Rogue Enhanced

This is a retexture of my original skin, the Enderman Rogue, found here:

I've moved on to 1.8.9 to test some differences from 1.7.10, so I thought I should try making a 1.8 skin.

Lore:
The Rogue encountered a rune during his adventures, and was gifted the ability to manipulate ender particles in the form of plasma with his left hand. However, the rune became one with his left eye.

Changes:
- removed scar, added a rune-like symbol on face
- scarf and harness/rope thing are now on the 2nd layer, to give more of a "popping-out" feel
- recolored eye because why not.
- added ender-like plasma-flames (idk) around left arm
- added boots (they need more color)
