Yeah, I made this xD It's for the Retro Contest, and I think it fits the theme really well, because Undertale is a retro style game, and Underfresh is completely based on the 80s and 90s, so that's very retro themed. ^^
This character is made by Loverofpiggies, and was created for Undertale. Go check both of those pages out ^^
I'm sad I can't write YOLO on his glasses, but not really possible to write 2 letters in a 3x3 space xD
