The Birthday Skin Pack 3 and 4 are from the console, made by 4J Studios! I always see people using skins from Birthday Skin Pack 3 on the Wii U, and I realized that all of the skins are PC skins without anything special. So I got the Birthday 3 and 4 Skin Packs and put them in a zip for you guys to use on Minecraft PC/PE! If there's any other console skin pack you would like me to put on PC/PE tell me! I might get around to converting it! (If its possible)
