finally finished this thing. remind me to not do daily skin events ever again. :/
skin has nothing to do with the theme, but i had no ideas, dont attack me.

anyway, how this works is you have one ballot and you comment which one you wanna enter for.
and if youre chosen, the oc/character is yours. remake them, draw them, give em a backstory.
do whatever you want. just please use them in some way (btw you can change the bio thing)
