This has got to be one of the randomest, most useless, most pointless skins I've gutted out-
but maybe somebody needed a goofball in their arsenal.
I forgot to shade the mask tie. Hope nobody noticed.

The next skin I dish out will probably be a skin for a trade, so I'd like to take
the opportunity to mention trades and requests exist, of course I'm
sure there's a lot more qualified folks out there. ^^
